Yes. Finish First Auto Body is fully MPI-accredited and operates as a Direct Repair Shop. This means we can handle your Autopac claim in-house — no separate trip to an MPI service centre for an estimate.

It depends on the extent of the damage. Minor repairs like scratches and small dents can often be completed in one day. Larger collision repairs typically take a few days to a week. We'll give you a clear timeline with your estimate.

We offer both OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts and high-quality aftermarket alternatives. We'll discuss the options with you so you can make the best choice for your budget and preferences.

Absolutely. We use a computerized colour matching system that analyzes your vehicle's existing paint to create a precise formula. The result is a seamless, factory-quality finish.

How does the MPI claim process work at your shop?

As a Direct Repair Shop, we streamline the process for you. Bring your vehicle to us, and we'll handle the estimate, paperwork, and repairs — all in one place. No need to visit MPI separately.

Should I file a claim or pay out of pocket?

It depends on the damage and your driving record. Filing an at-fault claim can result in surcharges on your licence. We'll give you an honest assessment and help you decide what makes the most financial sense.

Do you offer payment options?

For MPI claims, we bill MPI directly — you only pay your deductible. For out-of-pocket repairs, we accept all major payment methods. Contact us to discuss your situation.

Do you offer a courtesy car?

Yes. We provide a free courtesy vehicle while your car is being repaired, subject to availability. Just let us know when you book your appointment.

Can you pick up and deliver my vehicle?

Absolutely. We offer free pickup and delivery — whether you're at home or at work. We'll come to you so your day isn't disrupted.

Do I need an appointment?

For estimates, you can drop by during business hours — no appointment needed. For repairs, we recommend booking ahead so we can have a courtesy car ready and schedule your work efficiently.
